The Virgin

I drew this in a grungy ass "airport" waiting room on San Pedro, an island off the coast of Belize. I got the idea when we were doing this cave tubing thing where you hike uphill through the jungle for 50 miles carrying a huge quite heavy inner tube (that part was not so much fun) to get in this river that went underground. They gave you a head lamp so you could see all the various cave formations. It was amazing and suprisingly cold. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Belize.
Anyways, one of the cave formations looked like a woman with a veil leaning over a baby and all the locals call it The Virgin Mary. There were a couple other formations that looked like people but I couldn't tell.
I colored it when I got home with prismacolor markers.
